For the past couple days I have been re-cooping from the sleepless_energy_draining_event that took place last week. As you may know, I compete in the National Christian Forensics and Communications Association (NCFCA) speech and debate. From my “Regionals” post that I wrote a while back you will see that I qualified to Nationals in two speeches. An Open Interpretation (OI) which is an interpretation of any piece of literature of your choice, and a Duo Interpretation (Duo) which consist of two people acting out a piece of literature.
*Footnote* – In Duo Interpretation the partners are not allowed to look at each other, touch each other, or touch the ground with anything but their feet.
Last week was the National Tournament. I will start off by saying that I didn’t break to simi-finals in either of my events but that’s ok as you will see later in this post.
I had an extraordinary time! Nationals gave me the opportunity to allow me to meet other Christian Homeschoolers across the nation as well as hang out with my old friends.
This is a youtube video of Nick Pitera singing “A whole new world” from Disney’s Aladan. It’s pretty incredible.
